What you’ll do:
- Foundation Model Identification:
- Identify and evaluate suitable foundation models for health and care applications, ensuring robust performance in the medical interview context.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers, to comprehend business requirements and identify opportunities for applying NLP and LLM models.
- Scalable Data Pipelines:
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and automated data pipelines for tuning, evaluating, and monitoring LLM models specifically tailored for medical interview scenarios.
- Stay Current with Research:
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and LLM research and apply this knowledge to continually enhance the performance and capabilities of our chatbot models.
- Documentation:
- Document the entire lifecycle of the design, development, and deployment processes of LLM models, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and collaboration.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing language ML models and experience with modern transformer based LLM models and algorithms.
- Production Deployment:
- Proven experience in successfully developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Programming Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to create efficient and maintainable code for machine learning applications.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across teams.
Total Rewards
Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
