The Learning & Experience Coordinator will track, implement, and evaluate all people and learning program support and logistics. This is a Part-Time contract role $25-30/hr + 25-30 hrs/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records of training and event activities, attendance, program evaluation, feedback and produces reports as needed
  • Oversee, coordinate and administer event logistics, calendar invites, registration and enrollment for learning and people experience programs
  • Support administrative, maintenance, and governance needs for the Learning Management System and people experience programs
  • Manage, configure, and maintain all learning curriculum sessions and events, reporting, LMS asset maintenance, and compliance for Learning & Development programs
  • Support in managing and sending event communication and engagement with internal communication channels
  • Occasionally partners with external vendors and partners to facilitate internal events or training for all employees
  • Monitor adherence to employee swag process and policy to ensure compliance
  • Supports team with project management, data collection and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets and/or Excel and related program software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Education and Preferred Experience:

  • At least two years of administrative experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field preferred
  • Professional training certification preferred
  • Prior Learning Management Software experience preferred
  • Experience in a hyper-growth, global organization preferred
  • Prior SaaS organizational experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
