We are looking for a Financial System Analyst to join our team and provide support for our financial systems, specifically NetSuite and its integration with Coupa. This individual will be responsible for administering and extending the applications with code, while also supporting our international team with production support and enhancement requests. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a globally dispersed, remote environment and have experience with NetSuite scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support NetSuite and its integration with Coupa
- Develop and extend NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript
- Collaborate with our international team to provide production support for our financial systems
- Work on enhancement requests assigned to them from our FinTech queue in Jira
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand production support requests
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
- Document processes and procedures related to financial systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in financial systems administration and support
- Experience with NetSuite and its integration with Coupa
- Strong scripting skills with experience in SuiteScript
- Ability to work in a globally dispersed, remote environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred qualifications:
- NetSuite Certification
- Coupa Certification
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with other financial systems and applications
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
