We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Software Engineer with a strong background or motivation in Salesforce development to join our team. If you're passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and love working across the stack, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining applications that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce, using modern technologies to enhance our CRM and business processes.

What You'll Do

Salesforce Development: Design and implement solutions using Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs to enhance our platform's functionality.
Full Stack Development: Build and optimize back-end services using Go to ensure seamless CRM integration and data consistency. Also, contribute to front-end features using Vue.js.
Develop and maintain integrations between Suger and other external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and automation processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and standard adherence.

What You Need

3+ years hands-on experience with production programming in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go, Typescript, Java or C++.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce API integrations and external system connectivity.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS industries.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications a plus.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs & SQL.
Experience with Terraform, Github CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes is a great bonus, but not required.
Experience working on cloud platforms stack (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
