About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Rippling is building a world-class brand to match the ambition of our platform—and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, and operationally excellent Senior Manager of Brand Strategy & Campaigns to help lead the charge.

As a natural storyteller with exceptional taste and strong creative instincts, you’ll be the right hand to the Director of Brand & Integrated Campaigns, responsible for transforming strategic insights into emotionally resonant campaigns that elevate Rippling beyond HR software into the model for how great businesses run. From flagship brand campaigns to always-on awareness playbooks to high-impact cultural activations, you’ll lead full-funnel, cross-functional efforts that drive both fame and performance.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape one of the most exciting brand transformations in B2B SaaS.

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and execution of integrated brand campaigns—across Corporate Brand, HR, Spend, and other product suites
  • Lead the development of the Brand Awareness Playbook creative and messaging for always-on campaigns tailored to audiences in HR, Spend, and IT
  • Write high-impact creative briefs grounded in sharp insights, customer truths, and category entry points
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio (CDs, copywriters, designers) to bring bold, effective creative to life
  • Run cross-functional go-to-market planning with Content, Field, Product Marketing, Events, and Performance Media
  • Maintain creative and strategic quality control across assets and messaging before they hit the market
  • Partner closely with the Director of Brand to evolve Rippling’s brand platform and scale the team

What you will need

  • 5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or creative strategy (in-house or agency)
  • Proven success developing campaigns that build brand salience and drive business outcomes
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to brief and evaluate high-quality, differentiated work
  • Ability to zoom out to brand narrative and zoom in to campaign details (copy, channels, performance KPIs)
  • Experience managing cross-functional campaigns with multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Penchant for experimentation; love fooling around with creative ways to use AI, vibe coding, veo3 etc. Scrappy and entrepreneurial.
  • Exceptional writing and strategic thinking skills—bonus if you’re confident shaping messaging frameworks
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, multi-product portfolios, or category creation a plus
