About the Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our high-impact, collaborative team. This is a presales role where you’ll work closely with both internal teams and prospective clients to demonstrate how Rippling’s platform can solve real business challenges in HR and Payroll. You’ll help prospects see the full value of Rippling’s solutions through strategic storytelling, live demos, and relationship-building.
You’ll join a diverse team of Solutions Consulting professionals and work alongside Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Sales team to support and guide prospective clients during their Rippling evaluation journey
- Understand clients' goals and technical needs, and clearly communicate how Rippling can support them
- Lead technical demos and proof of concepts tailored to a customer’s business objectives
- Create and maintain engaging technical content that helps users succeed
- Provide product feedback that reflects the voice of the customer
- Become a trusted expert in the Rippling platform and understand competitive differentiators
- Contribute to building a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing Solutions Consulting team
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in a presales or client-facing technical role, ideally with expertise in HRIS or HCM systems
- Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is a bonus
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
- A proactive approach—you’re energised by a dynamic environment and love solving problems
- A degree or equivalent practical experience
