Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

- Manage the technical aspects of automated underwriting, customer risk scoring, KYC processes, and AML procedures
- Build technology that streamlines customer onboarding while preventing fraudulent or non-compliant activity
- Work closely with multiple product teams across Rippling, diving into the details to ensure every application leverages the risk and compliance platform effectively
- Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, finance, and more
What you will need
- 8+ years of product management and/or founding experience
- 3+ years of experience working in risk or compliance at a software company
- Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on multiple products and features at once, across teams
- Thrives in understanding complexity and transforming it into simple user experiences
- Deep technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication & organizational skills
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
