About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About The Team
The team owns three key product areas within HRIS: Time Off (Leave Management), Time & Attendance, and Scheduling. Time Off automates accrual calculations, simplifies request approvals, and provides real-time visibility into team schedules while ensuring compliance with an ever expanding set of global and location regulations. Time & Attendance powers the core of the hourly workforce experience - from time, break, and job code tracking to smart timesheet approvals and complex and compliant pay calculations - serving as the mission-critical system that ensures workers are paid accurately and freeing managers from manual work. Scheduling is the engine that unlocks next-level hourly workforce management, enabling confident staffing that allows for easy and fast schedule creation based on demand, customizable rules, real-time visibility into employee data, and compliance safeguards.
Even if you don’t meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply. Skills can be used in lots of different ways and your life and professional experience may be relevant beyond what a list of requirements will capture.
