About the role
Since the 2019 redesign, the Rippling brand has become a key asset and differentiator for the company, with our Brand Studio Team earning the trust and respect of stakeholders across the board. As stewards of the Rippling brand, we take pride in ensuring quality at every touchpoint. We are looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders, leading the production of integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on video content that brings our brand to life.
Integrated campaigns include a variety of touch points (social, print, OOH, etc.), requiring strong cross-functional collaboration across the marketing org. Our video projects range from customer-generated content at events, to in-depth case studies, to large-scale global brand awareness commercials. In this role, you'll manage projects of all sizes for digital, broadcast, and social media campaigns, ensuring delivery is on brand, on time, and on budget.
This role will be based in our San Francisco office and will require being in office 3x/week.
What you will do
- Build processes for scoping, resourcing, and project planning for integrated and video deliverables—taking end-to-end ownership to deliver high-quality creative.
- Partner with key stakeholders on Content, Events, Customer, and Corporate Integrated Marketing teams to understand their goals, find efficiencies in processes, and maximizing deliverables.
- Set the pace for project teams. Be a trusted partner with insights and a strong point of view to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Anticipate and resolve obstacles quickly, motivating teams through change, and identifying root causes to implement solutions for the future.
- Propose production solutions across various budget levels, balancing cost-effectiveness and efficiency while also considering the needs of larger, high-profile shoots.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including estimating, bidding, and managing productions, while tracking and managing project costs to stay on budget.
- Set clear quarterly and annual roadmaps, using insights from stakeholders, metrics, and Brand Studio objectives to optimize resources and drive impact.
- Maintain a library of licensed materials and marketing assets available for distribution.
- Manage an onsite video studio.
What you will need
- 7+ years of experience producing integrated and video content for digital, broadcast, and social media campaigns. Agency-side or production-house experience is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the production process from concept to post-production, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, crews, and post-production houses.
- Proven ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results across all initiatives.
- Experience overseeing a diverse range of video projects, from scrappy productions to high-caliber initiatives with budgets up to $3M for broadcast.
- Extremely organized and capable of creating and managing project plans (Asana).
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment with shifting goals
