About the role
After the redesign in 2019, the Rippling Brand has become a huge asset and differentiator for the company. And our team has earned the respect of stakeholders at every level. As such, we are responsible for stewarding the Rippling brand with craft and care in every touchpoint. We are looking for a Brand Designer who will continue to elevate and evolve our brand in new and exciting ways, pushing the boundaries of our identity through a wide range of digital, environmental, print, and physical applications.
What you will do
  • Evolve our core brand identity across diverse touchpoints including trade shows, swag, social, digital and physical experiences to reach new audiences and adapt to unique surfaces and requirements.
  • Bring conceptual and systems thinking to arrive at solutions that both tell our story in unique and novel ways while staying consistent and on-brand.
  • Work alongside the Director of Design in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to craft simple, bold, and differentiated applications that drive brand awareness and build equity.
  • Bring an exceptional eye for design, details, and a genuine love for the craft. Be willing to push yourself and others in the pursuit of quality.
  • Steward stakeholders through a design process. Question briefs and push back or work through adaptations appropriately.
  • Collaborate with other designers and copywriters on the Brand team to brainstorm and develop integrated marketing concepts that can extend across various channels.
  • Be an active voice on our team, continuously challenging our solutions and advocating for the brand.
What you will need
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience creating detailed specifications and working with vendors for physical production (print, goods, signage, spaces, etc.)
  • Ability to self-guide and project manage with minimal direction.
  • Good communication skills and ability to embrace feedback and pivot accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, Figma, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience developing campaign creative for digital channels
  • Experience developing social content and templates
  • Motion and 3D experience (After Effects, Cinema4D)
