Sales Development Associate-2
NOTE : This role requires you to work in EST timezone.
At Rippling, Sales Development is the tip of the spear and as an SDA you will help drive that spear in the right direction. You will be a part of teams with dynamic roles spanning across the whole spectrum of prospecting starting from being the best that is at Data research, mining & enrichment to supporting complex marketing activities. You will also be responsible to identify, contact and qualify prospective customers across specialised projects and by managing leads through your sales pipeline.
You will be equipped with one of the best tech stacks available for your day to day and are expected to know the basic use of these tools to your advantage. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success in sales development
Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to take demo with an advisor
Quickly learn Rippling offerings, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
Research target companies and prepare well for a meaningful conversations ahead of your calls or emails
Identify the needs of prospects, suggest appropriate product or services and ensure consistent achievement of qualified opportunity quota
Diligently update SalesForce to stay current on leads and follow-ups
Report to sales managers with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
Utilize Salesforce, cold calls and email to generate new sales opportunities
Proven work experience of a minimum of 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Aptitude to manage multiple tasks and time demands concurrently, while achieving the set quotas
High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
Experience with CRM applications like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach would be preferred
