About the role

Join us as a Senior Engineering Manager for a new Enterprise Payroll team and help shape the future of our core product and enterprise strategy. This is a rare opportunity to bring your drive, initiative, and technical acumen to a high-growth role where you’ll have an immediate and direct impact on millions in revenue.

As the Engineering Leader of Enterprise Payroll, you will help deliver a new major revision of our US Payroll product, lead a strategic roadmap scaling to the next market of customers, and own critical accounting and ledger integrations. You’ll define, drive and execute the technical roadmap, and be the lead on hiring and retaining top talent to make your hub for innovation and excellence.

What you will do

Provide technical leadership and vision in a widely scoped engineering team.
Work collaboratively with other cross-functional teams and leaders.
Drive company-wide engineering initiatives and process changes.
Drive the development of the product and platform in a fast-paced environment.
Coach and mentor engineers at different levels to achieve their career goals.

What you will need

8+ years of engineering or engineering management experience.
Proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects
You care about product ownership and solving problems for our customers.
You’re passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact.
