You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our largest customers and prospective customers across the full portfolio of our product suite. In this capacity you will be tied at the hip with our sales team, closely in tune with our customer-facing functions, and work closely with the rest of the product, engineering, research and design teams to build products that delight our largest customers.

What You'll Do

• Deeply embed with the enterprise sales team

• Become the foremost expert on each of our key enterprise competitors

• Become the authoritative source of truth about our large customers

• Work closely with our customer experience teams

• Help to design and build features and products to support our large customers and sales efforts

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience

• Experience working with customers between 500 and 10,000 employees

• Owned successful products from inception through launch and growth

• Strong ability to lead through influence

• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management & organizational skills

• Deep technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong alignment with our leadership principles

• Tier 1 salary: $232,000 - 290,000/year
