Director of Data Science - Go to Market (GTM)
Work closely with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to both deliver insights on performance as well as forecasting models that will inform investment decisions.
Develop and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Lead a team of data scientists and provide guidance on data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of growth and develop strategies to optimize them.
Build predictive models and conduct advanced analyses to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
Partner with product management and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
Develop and manage forecasting models to project revenue and identify areas of opportunity and risk.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and go-to-market strategy, and recommend new approaches to improve our processes and outcomes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with a focus on go-to-market strategy and forecasting.
Strong analytical skills and experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode or Tableau.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, with leadership and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market forecasting models & strategies that drive revenue growth
Experience managing a team of both junior and very senior data scientists and leading cross-functional projects.
