About the Role:
Reporting into the Director Marketing, EMEA & APAC, you would partner with our growing Creative Team (1 x creative lead, 4 x designers, 1 x copywriter), an existing Creative Project Manager, marketing leads and global agencies to build creatives that support our awareness and acquisition campaigns to help us achieve outstanding results. You will also partner with our teams in North America on global creative projects and sharing global best practices.
We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience in a creative function. Someone who is organised and has experience ensuring creative asset production across a variety of marketing channels, with a specialism on digital assets that increase customer acquisition and consideration. This will include channels such as Social, App, ASO, and Programmatic.
This is a hybrid role (50% onsite) based in our London office.
You Will:
- Manage the EMEA & APAC marketing team's creative workflow for digital channels
- Develop and oversee project plans for creative production, including scoping requirements, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Partner with the existing Creative Project Manager on brand, seasonal, and sponsorship campaigns to ensure cohesive execution across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead the UGC process and act as the main contact for all creator led content production, partnering with both channel owners and external agency. Track creative project progress and issues; mitigate potential risk by finding and communicating solutions, and involve team members
- Champion our tools and processes to promote successful creative project management within the marketing team
- Be an important contact for project teams including legal, translation, marketing, and creative, specifically for digital-focused campaigns.
- Interpret and influence partner creative briefs, with a focus on lower-funnel campaigns, to ensure the team creates customer-focused assets that improve performance.
- Manage an ongoing pool of creative licences such as talent equity buyouts and ensure a process for managing renewals globally
- Work with the Marketing and Growth teams globally to develop important processes and standards for creating, high-quality workflow
You Have:
- At least 5 years creative project management experience within a marketing department or agency, with a specialism in digital
- Experience managing the creation of latest digital ad formats including UGC content
- Deep marketing and professional level project management experience, with an emphasis on multi channel and multi geography campaigns
- Experience with workflow/project management tools – ClickUp otherwise Monday.com, Asana or similar
- Experience setting up and leading meetings with multiple different partners
- You are recognised for empathetic partnership and a collaborative work style
- Experience managing to plans and tracking deadlines for complex deliverables
- You are in control of project details and receptive to the needs of partners
- Knowledge of and experience in change management best practices
