We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to take a role in maintaining procurement operations at our Managua site while contributing to global procurement tasks and projects. You will focus on ensuring operational efficiency of procurement processes, vendor management, aligning with organizational goals, in addition to taking on sourcing events. You will collaborate with company partners and external suppliers to optimize purchasing activities and maintain efficient workflows.
You Will:
- Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive vendor onboarding, communication, and performance evaluation to maintain supplier relationships.
- Conduct RFP and competitive sourcing processes by preparing documentation, managing timelines, and evaluating supplier responses.
- Support the adoption and effective use of procurement tools like Coupa, providing training and troubleshooting.
- Partner with other teams to identify procurement needs, provide guidance, and ensure smooth operations across departments, both locally and globally.
You Have:
- You must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Eng., foreign trade or related careers.
- You must have Experience in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- You must have Experience in negotiations and vendor management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- With great and a high degree of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments where decisions are made without compromising customer experience or financial loss.
