About the Role:

As a Partner Quality Lead, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our disbursement network operates seamlessly. You will analyze partner performance, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement in the customer experience. Collaborating closely with internal teams—including Engineering, Product, Customer Service, and Treasury—you’ll also manage relationships with external partners to enable smooth operations and support Remitly’s rapid growth. You’ll report to one of the Sr. Team Manager, Partner Quality Leads.

Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for external partners, coordinating actions to support daily disbursement operations.

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to address issues impacting our remittance experience with urgency and precision.

Operational Support:

  • Monitor and address events or alerts affecting transaction flows, ensuring quick resolution.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for operational teams, providing guidance on transaction handling.

Performance Optimization:

  • Partner with regional product managers to improve existing integrations and enable new launches.

  • Analyze partner performance to identify root causes of issues and drive corrective actions.

  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to enhance exception handling and strengthen operational processes.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within the remittance industry.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.

  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SQL or other data tools.
