Come join us as a Senior Software Developer on Remitly's Organic Growth Team! We improve Remitly's discoverability in search results and our performance metrics . You will build software focused on solving challenges in SEO domain. Additionally, you will help set the vision for where this team goes next, and mentor future junior team members. This role will report to a Kraków-based Manager.
You Will:
Explore and Implement improvements in SEO domain such as page speed, page structure, performance metrics and more
Lead large projects from launch to planning/design to delivery
Identify company wide opportunities to improve organic growth
You Have:
8+ years as a Software Development Engineer
2+ years of experience with SEO best practises
Experience leading collaborative projects from conception to delivery using Agile/Kanban methodology
Deep experience with SEO concepts and patterns
Experience implementing Observability tooling for SEO
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
Experience in backend development focused on optimizing the performance, scalability, and reliability of web applications
