About the Role:

Under the supervision of the Director, Digital Support, the Senior Product Managers will develop product strategy, product roadmaps, and prioritization outline for development of digital products. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.

You Will:

  • Analyze user requirements, conduct data analysis and market research, and define product design, including user interface requirements and user experience.

  • Analyze and establish A/B tests and provide comprehensive test readouts based on recommendations derived from understanding of business priorities and user needs.

  • Monitor and ensure the delivery of outcomes and results, coordinating across the engineering and other impacted cross-functional teams.

  • Reengineer product roadmaps based on customer feedback and evolving business priorities.

  • Ensure priorities of product feature development and delivery against development costs and time to market needs.

You Have:

  • Position requires a Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with driving successful product design strategies, as well as product feature development and full lifecycle product development and management.

  • 1 year of experience with requirement gathering;

  • 1 year of experience with technical solution analysis;

  • 1 year of experience with root cause analysis and developing business process flows;

  • 1 year of experience with leveraging Big Data analytics for data storytelling;

  • 1 year of experience with A/B testing;

  • 1 year of experience with applied machine learning;

  • 1 year of experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) design;

  • 1 year of experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design;

  • 1 year of experience with supply chain management and establishing and ensuring satisfaction of performance metrics;

  • 1 year of experience with researching customer experience and building and iterating on customer facing features;

  • 1 year of experience with analyzing how customer facing changes impact downstream operations;

  • 1 year of experience with building products and process optimizations that increase operational efficiency for the business; and

  • 1 year of experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $214,074.00 – $227,000.00. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
