About the Role:

As a Sr. Compliance Program Manager for Training and Policy Coordination you will be reporting to the Director of Compliance Services, designing and executing a global compliance training and policy management framework to support first and second line teams across Remitly. The ideal applicant for this role will have previous work experience in the online payments/financial services industry.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and to develop and implement training plans and schedules in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for training delivery, with particular focus on ensuring high quality delivery via Remitly's Learning Management System
  • Maintain training records and documentation and produce management reporting for senior leadership
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees participating in training programs, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for new and updated policies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
  • Maintain a centralized repository of policies, ensuring accessibility and version control
  • Coordinate policy training and awareness initiatives, including the development of training materials and presentations.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of building consensus and driving change in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to solve complex issues with practical solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion within established timelines
