About the Role:

This role will operate cross functionally, partnering with all HR and IT functions to deliver efficient HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. This person will play a critical role in rapidly scaling and growing our global initiatives, while maintaining alignment with the organization's goals and mission. You will own day-to-day administrative duties, including HRIS technical and systems support, serve as a point of contact for our employees as well as HRBPs to support the people programs that span across the employee lifecycle.

You Will:

  • Strategic Leadership and Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of our People Ops strategies to support the business objectives. Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide insights from a people operations perspective.
  • People Program Management: Lead and expand pops programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement and performance management. Ensure these programs are effectively integrated into the organization's culture and operations.
  • Change Management and Organizational Development: Support change initiatives, influencing and gaining buy-in from all levels of the organization. Implement new processes and systems that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in managing human resources.
  • Data Analysis and Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics. Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team to inform decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management and Support: Serve as a key advisor to managers and senior leaders, offering expert advice pops related issues. Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and support for HR policies and practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Support with regulatory compliance and risk management issues related to employment practices. Ensure that all HR activities are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support the development of the People Operations team. Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement
  • Deliver the day-to-day administration of processes in support of the HRBP team including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations support, LOA, job changes, payroll review support, unemployment/attendance requests, and employment data maintenance.
  • Manage HR Jira ticketing, resolution and escalation.
  • HRIS administration of Workday, Culture Amp, etc..
  • Support the execution and administration of processes across the employee lifecycle including performance reviews, promotions, internal transfers, career development planning, employee surveys, succession planning.
  • Document people operations policies, processes and operations including updates.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of all employee data that will be reported to the Social Security Bureau, including but not limited to personal information, salary details, and the contribution amounts.
  • Compile all necessary documentation required for the monthly social security filings. Ensure that all forms are completed accurately and in accordance with the latest regulations provided by the Nicaraguan Social Security Bureau.
  • Submit the monthly social security contributions report to the Nicaraguan Social Security Bureau within the stipulated deadlines. Ensure that all electronic and paper filings are done correctly and confirm receipt from the Bureau.
  • Regularly update the HR and Finance departments about changes in social security contributions and any impact on payroll processing. Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate fund allocation for contributions.
  • Act as the primary contact for any queries or issues raised by the Social Security Bureau regarding our submissions.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration, project management, or related areas, with a proven track record of advancing HR initiatives.Strong leadership skills with the ability to act with urgency and adapt to a rapidly growing environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing change and building effective partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Enjoy challenges and building in a growth environment / acts with urgency\Business and systems oriented
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
