About the Role:

As a Senior Manager of L&D, you will play a crucial role in shaping our leadership and development strategies, driving innovation in learning and development, and ensuring our teams possess the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our L&D programs, with a particular focus on leadership development, operational excellence, and customer obsession.

You Will:

  • Implement a comprehensive L&D strategy, including a clear annual roadmap aligned with the company's strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative leadership development programs that prepare leaders at all levels to excel in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Engage with senior leadership, human resources, talent management, and other stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with business needs and objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to assess needs, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in L&D offerings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, including the integration of best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and technology-enhanced learning solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing L&D team, ensuring the delivery of top-quality training content and learning experiences across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Champion change management processes to support the successful adoption of new programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee the management and scalability of learning content, ensuring it is accessible, accurate, and impactful for a global audience.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees (e.g Specialization, Master's) in relevant disciplines are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in L&D, leadership development, or organizational development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional global teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the latest trends in L&D technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in remittances.
  • International experience, including developing and managing programs for diverse global audiences.
  • Executive coaching credentials or significant experience in leadership coaching.
  • Familiarity with L&D tools and platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems, eLearning authoring tools).
