About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will join the Marketing team. As a key member of our Product Marketing team, your insights and strategies will directly influence our product's development, feature roadmap, and expansion. Collaborating with various stakeholders within the company, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and delivering value that changes lives.

You Will:

  • Lead and manage ongoing product marketing initiatives, aiming for growth and retention of new and existing users.
  • Manage communication with our users across multiple channels, leading in-product communication, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other channels to reach KPIs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to communicate the launch of new products and features to our users.
  • Bring our users’ voice to the table and advocate for their experience. You’ll understand why they use our product and how it helps them.
  • Work closely with a whole range of teams - Product, R&D, Design, Content, User Acquisition, and Customer Support.

You Have:

  • You have at least 3+ years of product marketing experience in a global B2C company.
  • Expertise in deploying go-to-market strategies across diverse channels.
  • Proactively optimize user funnels, enhancing engagement and conversion rates through innovative messaging and initiatives.
  • Data-driven and goal-oriented, you consistently use analytics and A/B testing to improve decision-making and achieve kpi's.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
  • Well-versed in data system concepts, BI tools, A/B testing, communication channels, and market research techniques.
  • An independent thinker, creative, organized, and quick to learn.
  • Fluent in English, able to convey intricate ideas with ease.
