About the Role:

Our global HR team is growing and seeking a People Operations Partner to support our People and HR function. Supporting the articulation, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of the People Experience and Operations strategy will be this role's first priority. The People Operations Partner (POP) will own day-to-day administration duties, including HRIS technical and systems support, serve as a point of contact for our employees as well as the HRBPs to support the people practices and programs that span across the employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance review, promotions, career development, engagement, recognition, and retention. You will report to the People Operations Manager and partner closely with our global HR teams. This role will not be insular to the People and HR team, instead it will require engagement with employees and business leaders to ensure that our programs strike the right balance between adding maximum value, raising our game in previously underserved areas, with a focus on simplicity.

You Will:

  • Support the execution of the People Operations and Experience strategy
  • Execute the day-to-day administration of processes in support of the HRBP team including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations support, LOA, job changes, payroll review support, unemployment/attendance requests, and employment data maintenance.
  • Manage HR Jira ticketing, resolution and escalation.
  • HRIS administration of Workday, Culture Amp, etc.
  • Track and deliver relevant metrics across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support the execution and administration of processes across the employee lifecycle including performance reviews, promotions, internal transfers, career development planning, employee surveys, succession planning.
  • Document People operations policies, processes and operations including updates.
  • Have a global mindset to ensure that our programs and processes are inclusive to all employees wherever they reside.Partner closely with your HR colleagues (especially our HRBPs in Seattle, EU, UK MNL, MGA).
  • Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be exceptionally data driven.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to catch missteps before they happen, look around the corner to predict future trends, and show a healthy backbone while also knowing when it's time to disagree and commit.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in reported data and provide additional information as requested by the Bureau.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all communications and filings with the Social Security Bureau for auditing purposes. Ensure that all records are stored securely and are easily accessible for future reference.
  • Challenge the status quo, knowing that what got us here, won't get us there.

You Have:

  • 1-3 years experience with HR administration, project management or related areas
  • Enjoy challenges and building in a growth environment / acts with urgency
  • Demonstrated project manager
  • Business and systems oriented
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Known for your ability to partner at all levels / Able to influence change
  • Enjoys testing, measuring and iterating to support continuous improvement
