About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support our Global Customer Promotions Program. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Product Marketing and working a hybrid schedule at our Seattle office, you will work collaboratively across our Consumer Product, Business Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to bring to market customer experiences with promotional offers that are relevant for our target audience and maximize value for the business.

We are looking for a data-driven and customer centric cross-functional operator, who will strategically optimize our customer promotions spend and help ensure a seamless customer experience across marketing and in-product channels. You'll need to be passionate about consumer behavior and delighting customers in every detail, and you are looking for an opportunity to take a program to the next level at global scale.

You Will:

  • Identify and deliver promotional offers that help acquire and retain customers -- efficiently, within customer acquisition cost and budget guardrails, and at global scale.
  • Partner with Analytics and Regional Marketing Managers; and train marketers who support execution, channel managers who advertise promotional offers, and more.
  • Improve how Remitly operationalizes our promotions investment, processes, learning agenda, and strategy for customer promotional offers.
  • Partner with the broader Marketing, Consumer Product, and Business Management teams to ensure our promotions strategy evolves in light of market trends and our business goals, in particular partnering with Product Managers to translate promotions strategy into product requirements.
  • Use in-depth expertise to develop our Marketing Promotions Program, including developing the operating rhythm, reporting to leadership on performance and program metrics, key projects, and customer and competitor trends.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of B2C marketing experience -- including managing promotional offers, a customer rewards program, or new feature go-to-market planning and coordination -- for a data-driven consumer product company.
  • Strong program management experience, where you made difficult trade-off decisions, were responsible for a significant budget, and built support for new business cases and processes (change management).
  • Demonstrated experience working with Analytics to transform hypotheses into an experiment plan and then coordinate the end-to-end execution, monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience with A/B testing or other user experience research methodologies.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $112,000-$140,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
