About the Role:

As an Intern on the Lifecycle team (Growth Marketing), you will report to the Sr. CRM Lead and will help the team build and maintain a strong base of loyal customers through relevant, personalised communications. You'll gain exposure to many facets of the corporate marketing department within a high-growth startup requiring a mix of the art and science of marketing. This will be an initial 3-month (12 week) summer internship program and will be a hybrid role, with 1-2 days expected in our London office based near Warren Street. #LI-Hybrid

You Will:

  • Gain experience building cross-channel campaigns using Braze, our customer engagement platform, to send email, push, and in-app messages
  • Help construct new campaigns by diving into qualitative and quantitative data, along with taking into account business priorities, and report on performance
  • Gain exposure to a truly global and fast paced business, with stakeholders all over the world, and help manage those relationships effectively
  • Learn about Lifecycle and Referral metrics and reporting

You Have:

  • A degree in the Marketing field (expected to complete your undergraduate degree by Summer 2024)
  • A passion for better understanding customer needs and behavior, in addition to leveraging technology and creative problem solving
  • Project Management - you're able to have several simultaneous projects move forward with the right prioritization and help catch errors or problems along the way
  • A customer-centric mindset - can walk in the customer's shoes and advocate on their behalf
