About the Role:

The IT Manager, IT Infrastructure, will lead a dedicated team responsible for the seamless execution and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure services, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Management, Networking, and Server Management. We are looking for a strategic approach to service management, a people-focused leadership background, and a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure. You will define service strategies, budget, and roadmaps, ensuring optimal support of outcomes and a high-performing team environment. You will report to the Senior IT Manager.

You Will:

  • Service Management: Define and oversee the strategy, budget, and roadmap for IAM, Endpoint Management, Networking, and Server Management services. Ensure services are optimized to support outcomes and integrated to create a seamless experience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Systems Administrators, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure team understanding of organizational goals and strategies.
  • Project Execution: Lead the execution of the roadmap, identifying and clearing roadblocks, ensuring delivery of projects with clear reporting for both projects and operational services.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with customers and IT peers to ensure solutions are aligned with needs and integrated across the IT landscape. Engage in collaboration to enhance organizational culture and service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data to assess the health of IT projects and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance effectiveness.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including direct experience with IAM, Endpoint Management, Networking, and Server Management(Cloud and On-prem).
  • Experience managing teams of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Experience resolving technical issues within IT infrastructure projects, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
  • Evidence of managing IT projects with considerations for both immediate technological solutions and understanding of long-term system scalability and progress.
  • Proficiency in documenting and presenting IT project updates and strategies to a range of audiences, including technical staff, cross-functional teams, and senior executives.
  • Familiarity with IT best practices, including ITIL, and experience in incident and problem management.
