About the Role:
The Global CS team is focused on building reliable, localized yet globally relevant experiences that delight customers by resolving their issues quickly and with high accuracy. As a Senior Product Manager on the Global CS team, you will help shape the future vision for the CS product, reporting to the Director of Product. You will build an understanding for the customer pain points, build a strategy to address those opportunities and lead the team to implement the roadmap. You will guide the Product and tech investment decisions for tools used by associates.
You Will:
- Oversee building the product experience for Remitly teams to complete back office tasks.
- Develop product strategy, road-mapping and prioritization.
- Be a customer advocate; use customer feedback, data analysis and market research to develop and deliver product features.
- Set up and analyze A/B tests and provide comprehensive test readouts with well thought through recommendations.
- Manage team OKRs in partnership with our engineering team, and manage cross-teams agreement.
- Engage with partners to understand customers and our needs to inform priorities, sequencing and roadmap. Balance delivery against development costs.
You Have:
- 9+ years of relevant experience in product management, or similar role. At least 6 years experience in building B2B customer relationship management (CRM) experiences.
- Understanding of how things work within Fraud and Compliance domains.
- Experience setting and implementing product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization
- Experience working with engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs and you can sweat the details to understand the impacts of these tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term effects
- Experience in programming. Have managed analytics of the products you own.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152,000-$190,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
