About the Role:

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be accountable for the setup, ongoing operations and expansion of our office in Cork, Ireland. Reporting to the European Facilities Manager, you will be part of a global team where you will collaborate with and contribute to operational and strategic goals. To be successful, you will need to work well with partners and teams across the business, both locally and globally. You will be based onsite from the Cork office.

You Will:

  • Improve workplace experience through projects such as: design, amenities, renovations, expansions, and relocations.
  • Oversee local Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Health & Safety, Ergonomics and Security programs.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance office productivity, use and onsite attendance.
  • Source and manage service vendors and equipment.
  • Create procedures, ensuring effectiveness and adherence.
  • Work within the operating budget and guide ongoing cost reduction.
  • Lead facilities projects, locally, regionally and globally.
  • Perform additional tasks to meet business and operational objectives.

You Have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years' service experience in facilities or property management, corporate services or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of proven project management experience with small-to-medium initiatives.
  • 2+ years' experience with budgeting, contracts and purchasing.
  • Applied knowledge of leases, space planning and office moves.
