About the Role:

In this role, based in our Tel Aviv office, you will be working as a Product Team Lead, managing a team of product managers, working on the Rewire mobile app. Our product team is data-driven, result-oriented and you will play a vital role at every stage of the product life cycle.

You Will:

  • Manage a team of Product Managers

  • Manage team OKRs in partnership with the business stakeholders and R&D team.

  • Be a customer advocate; work with the Product Managers to use customer feedback, data analysis and market research to develop and deliver product features.

  • Lead the product roadmap planning and prioritization process in collaboration with R&D and the various business stakeholders.

  • Engage with partners to understand customer and business needs to inform priorities, sequencing and roadmap balance delivery against development costs.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in product management (preferably working on a B2C consumer product) and at least 2 years experience managing product managers.

  • Experience in launching and/or growing mobile apps.

  • Significant experience in a Fintech B2C product - an advantage.

  • Experience setting and accomplishing product OKRs, road-mapping, and prioritization.

  • Ability to use data in decision-making.

  • Experience in solving (complex) problems with some level of ambiguity.

  • Experience in motivating cross-functional teams; ideally across engineering, design, and growth, with an understanding of how things work within those domains.

  • Experience leading teams using agile methodologies.

  • Experience working with engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs and you can sweat the details to understand the impacts of these tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term effects.
