About the Role:
The Payroll Specialist will oversee regional payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. We are looking for regular onsite work with Hybrid flexibility. You will report to the Global Payroll Manager.
Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including full-time and part-time employees.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
Verify and process any necessary payroll adjustments, overtime, and deductions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees.
Help prepare payroll-related financial statements and reports.
2-3 Years of experience in Payroll
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience calculating Payroll with accuracy.
Global payroll experience.
