About the Role:

In this role, based in our Tel Aviv office, you will work as part of a team of top-notch product designers and apply out of the box thinking in creating delightful, easy to use and converting user experiences for both web and mobile applications.

You will be involved in every aspect of the design process from research to execution and will collaborate with other designers as well as Product, R&D and Marketing teams. You will validate the user experience of your designs with usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative user feedback, and feedback from the relevant business stakeholders.

You Will:

• Partner with our product managers and customer research team to understand customer needs and ideate on new concepts.

• Build prototypes and conduct research to validate product hypotheses quickly.

• Define UI & UX based on learnings and communicate your suggested visual solutions to the relevant stakeholders, while advocating for the customer, the craft, and the team.

• Influence and contribute to Remitly’s design systems and to our products' visual language.

• Work in a global team of experienced designers and product professionals

You Have:

• 5+ years experience in UX & UI product design, especially in B2C mobile applications (and ideally as part of a team)

• Portfolio showcasing your design skills

• Degree in visual communication design or equivalent

• Ability to think strategically and manage the product design life cycle from research to prototyping, design, and usability testing pre and post-launch

• Professional proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch
