About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will set the vision for global customer lifecycle marketing, and build a cutting-edge program that engages, converts and retains customers throughout their journey. You will also oversee our referral program.

You Will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global customer lifecycle marketing strategy, to engage, convert and retain customers throughout their journey.
  • Lead and optimize our referral program, including incentives and rewards, to encourage customers to refer new clients, thus expanding our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives
  • Lead a culture of constant and rigorous experimentation to test and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to build a world-class program.
  • Create personalized and scalable marketing strategies to deliver a great customer experience
  • Oversee the development of targeted email marketing, in-app messaging, and other communication channels for our global customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics globally to assess the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improvement and report regularly to the executive team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global lifecycle marketing team.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on global customer lifecycle marketing for consumer brands
  • Proficiency in using customer analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making.

Compensation Details: The starting base salary range for this position is typically $146,000- $190,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
