About the Role:
Join the team leading the development of new features and experiences within some of Remitly's highest-trafficked customer touchpoints, and help shape the future of how we serve customers and continue on our path of being the most trusted remittance platform in the world. As a Product Manager on the Transfer Experience team, you will dive deep into data, user research, and product feedback to identify customer needs and opportunities, develop a strategic roadmap, lead delivery, and measure results. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and analytics, and build alignment across the company. This is a customer-facing Product Management position with a dedicated engineering team.
You Will:
- Develop a product roadmap and lead delivery
- Be a customer advocate and combine customer feedback with data analysis and market research to prioritize the most impactful investments in your area
- Work with designers to define interaction, user flow, and UI requirements and priorities
- Set up and analyze A/B tests and provide comprehensive test readouts with well-considered recommendations
- Own team OKRs in partnership with engineering teams, and manage cross-team partnership.
- Engage with subject matter experts to understand customer and business needs to inform priorities and sequencing
You Have:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing setting
- Experience working with and motivating cross-functional teams across software engineering, design, analytics, and marketing, with an understanding of how things work within those domains
- Experience with large-scale web and/or e-commerce product development, including mobile applications
- Experience setting product strategy, building product roadmaps, and prioritizing
- Experience working with engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs, and the sweat-the-details mindset to understand the impact to short-term outcomes vs. long-term goals

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $116,710-$130,500. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
