Procurement Program Manager

About the Role:

This is an new role in Finance to support global procurement operations and will report to our head of global procurement. We are looking for an experienced procurement program manager to help us build a world-class procurement organization. We'll use your analytical, action oriented skillsets to support all source to pay activities.

You Will:

• Research and gather data to support purchasing decisions, identifying information for stakeholders, and completing research and inquiry to support decisions.

• Prepare charts, graphs, and spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) to illustrate goals; track results over time, creating a “library” of performance metrics for the team to use in future projects and to support decision making for various internal teams.

• Prepares software and resource utilization reports as requested for Procurement and business owners, identifying trends, areas of concerns, and areas for future negotiation for renewal; ensure understanding of key internal stakeholder needs and how solutions have met those needs.

• Support internal stakeholders with source to pay areas, including access to review and write requests for our procure to pay platform.

• Conducts sourcing activities across software, professional services, and other areas of 3rd party spend.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or related field).

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in an operational analytics capacity or equivalent.

• Proven problem solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Strong experience in modeling complicated scenarios with data then estimating their relative size & impact.

• Strong technical skills (e.g. SQL, R, Python) is a plus.

• Experience with data visualization and related tools (e.g. Tableau).

• Experience with using basic statistical techniques.
