The Role

You are a seasoned project manager with experience in a creative function. A highly organised individual and having experience enabling creative asset production across a variety of marketing channels including ATL & BTL marketing channels such as digital, OOH, TV, radio and more.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing, EMEA & APAC, you would partner closely with our growing Creative Team (3 x designers, 1 x copywriter), marketing leads and global agencies to build creatives that support our awareness and acquisition campaigns to help us achieve outstanding results. You will also partner with our teams in North America on global creative projects as well as sharing global best practices.

You Will:

  • Manage the EMEA & APAC marketing team’s creative process and workflow to deliver timely static, audio and motion assets for a range of channels and campaigns

  • Develop and oversee global project plans for creative production, this will include planning, scoping requirements, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, cost/budget management for multi channel projects

  • Partner with creative and media agencies across EMEA & APAC to manage creative production and localization of assets across markets

  • Track creative project progress and issues; mitigate potential risk by finding and communicating solutions, and involve team members when necessary

  • Implement and drive creative process improvements that set up the EMEA & APAC marketing team to scale creative globally,

  • Mentor teams on our tools and processes to promote successful creative project management

  • Be the main point of contact for project teams including legal, translation, marketing and creative

  • Interpret and influence stakeholder’s creative briefs to ensure your team can create customer-focused creative that drive performance

  • Manage an ongoing pool of creative licenses such as talent equity buyouts and ensure a consistent process for managing renewals globally

  • Work with the Marketing Operations and Growth teams globally to develop key processes and standards for creating consistent, high quality workflow

You Have:

  • 5+ years creative project management experience within a marketing department or agency

  • Deep marketing and professional level project management experience, with an emphasis on multi channel and multi geography campaigns

  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable or similar

  • Confident setting up and leading meetings with multiple different stakeholders

  • You are recognised for empathetic partnership and a collaborative work style

  • Experience managing to plans and tracking deadlines for complex deliverables

  • You are a leader in control of project details and receptive to the needs of partners

  • Knowledge of and experience in change management best practices
