About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Associate who will help develop go-to-market approaches for our Asia remittance corridors. Reporting to the Sr Regional Marketing Manager for Asia, this remote friendly role is looking for a customer-centric and collaborative marketer with experience marketing to the Asian audiences like the Philippines, India, and Pakistan.

You Will:

• Identify growth opportunities among the Asia markets, partner with teams to develop quarterly and yearly marketing plans

• Promote high degree of marketing localization through deep collaboration with growth and creative teams

• Develop creative briefs for multi-channel campaigns helping teams to identify our audience goals, competitive and market positioning, and customer journey

• Collaborate on the go-to-market execution and communicate the results back to the business

• Support the synchronized planning between Business Management & Marketing to ensure focus on the highest impact opportunities for the region

• Support other team activities, including presentation preparation, updating regional fact-sheets, substantiating marketing claims and filing project tickets

You Have:

• 3+ years of Marketing experience targeting Asian customers primarily from Philippines, India and Pakistan

• A passion for go-to-market planning and coordinating multiple workstreams

• High level of competency with Google Sheets or Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

• Bi-lingual proficiency in Filipino, Hindi, Urdu

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media, Business, International Relations or a related field.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $100,000-$110,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
