The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Global Treasury Operations, you will bring the skills and experience needed to significantly contribute to our ongoing efforts to build and deploy secure, scalable and efficient global funding and cash management operations. This role is remote-friendly.

What You'll Do:

• Support and perform various aspects of Settlement Payment process. This includes owning the full life cycle for payments: creating, tracking, confirming approvals and settlement of wire and transfer payments

• Cash management including corporate cash management, managing daily cash balances and funds available for investment

• Manage global intercompany funding, revenue transfer, and transfer pricing settlement activities, working closely with accounting on monthly settlements

• Support corporate debt management, including the revolving credit facility and letters of credit

• Anticipate short-term borrowing needs and manage and execute the LOC drawdown and repayment schedule

• Work in partnership with the compliance team to safeguard customer funds, ensuring cash and treasury activities are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies

• Assistance with bank account opening requests and KYC

• Develop and maintain strong banking relationships to ensure delivery of appropriate and cost-effective global banking services

• Identify, recommend and assist implementation of new bank technologies, products and services to improve and enhance cash operations

• Collaborate on ad hoc treasury projects, partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, and IT

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.

• Strong, applicable professional experience: We’re looking for someone with 3+ of solid treasury operations and settlement experience in a multinational corporate setting

• Broad experience across banking platforms, treasury workstations and/or ERP systems; experience with Kyriba is a plus

• Strong desire to automate treasury processes

• Experience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

• Strong planning, organized, interpersonal, and analytical skills

• Professional certification (CTP or MBA) is a plus

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $82,240-$115,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
