Motion is growing fast (3x YoY), our product is sticky and we recently raised $30M in Series B funding. We doubled our customers as well as our headcount in 2024, and have just over 50 team members.
But we’re just getting started and we need your help!
We’ve built a new category of software to bridge the gap between performance marketers and creative teams. Our platform combines creative analytics, research, and strategy. Motion is the command center for Creative Strategists.
Our customers are top ecom and DTC brands like Vuori, True Classic, The Farmer’s Dog, HexClad, and thousands more. They’ve used Motion to analyze over $13B in media spend.
The Influencer and Sponsorships Manager will live on our growth marketing team and will be key in working with the biggest players in the industry to make sure Motion stays top of mind for our customers.
Who you are 🫵
You’ve worked at a B2B SaaS company (ideally a startup!)

2-5 years of experience in roles such as:
Influencer Marketing
Partnership Management
Brand Marketing
Digital Marketing
Expertise in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with influencers and partners.
Understanding how to guide influencers in creating content that is authentic and drives real business impact
Ability to identify and prioritize sponsorship opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong negotiation skills to ensure we always get the best deal possible
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or influencer platforms.

What you'll do 🧠
Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement through collaborations with influencers and strategic sponsorship initiatives.
Build and Manage Influencer Relationships
Identify Influencers: Research and identify influencers within the DTC and B2B space.
Outreach and Collaboration: Establish strong relationships and come up with creative partnership ideas.
Content Guidance: Provide influencers with creative briefs that outline messaging, branding guidelines, and campaign objectives.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, compensation, and deliverables for influencer partnerships.
Sponsorship Strategy and Execution
Event Sponsorships: Identify relevant conferences, webinars, or industry events for sponsorship opportunities.
Digital Sponsorships: Manage sponsorships in podcasts, blogs, newsletters, or YouTube channels popular within the target market.
Negotiation and Coordination: Work closely with event organizers or media partners to ensure alignment with sponsorship deliverables (e.g., booth setups, ad placements).
Campaign Management
Planning and Execution: Develop and implement campaigns involving influencers and sponsorships, aligning them with the company’s overall marketing goals.
Monitoring and Optimization: Track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., engagement rates, ROI) and optimize ongoing efforts based on data insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Marketing Teams: Work with content, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives. Work with creative strategists to identify user-generated content opportunities or testimonials.
Product Teams: Collaborate with product teams to understand features and value propositions that need to be communicated.
Reporting and Metrics
KPIs: Measure the impact of influencer partnerships and sponsorships through metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation.
ROI Analysis: Assess and report on the return on investment for influencer and sponsorship campaigns to leadership teams.
