Mindshow is looking for a proactive, professional, and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide onsite support to our CEO! The ideal candidate for this role will be an expert at multitasking, problem-solving, and organization.

This role is located onsite in our Downtown LA office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a gatekeeper; planning, coordinating, and ensuring the CEO’s time is aligned with their priorities

• Manage email; filtering, prioritizing, and responding as appropriate

• Represent the CEO and Mindshow with internal and external contacts

• Organize events/engagements for the CEO and supporting teams

• Address impromptu tasks as they arise and personal items as required

• Proactively address issues and independently figure out how things work

• Coordinate occasional domestic travel arrangements

• Collaborate with other internal departments as needed

• Anything else deemed appropriate to facilitate the CEO’s day-to-day responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years Executive Assistant experience

• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn various areas of technology as it pertains to an animation studio

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to navigate competing priorities and constant change

• High level of professional integrity and confidentiality

• Exceptional ability to build trusting, strategic relationships

• Tech-savviness, with proficiency in G-suite, Slack, Zoom, and Mac

• Experience in a technology or software-based organization preferred
