Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of renewal deals - Own the full renewal cycle
- Communicate with current Loftium Residents and nurture deals via call, text, and email
- Find creative, collaborative solutions to unblock and close deals
- Identify leading indicators of customer health and/or churn
- Prepare lease agreements - clearly communicating lease terms and expectations
- Own projects and workflows to address customer pain points and increase retention
- Collaborate with Growth Team to experiment new sales strategies and establish upsell opportunities
- Improve processes and efficiency to deliver a world-class experience at scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop solutions, deliver smooth handoffs, and add more value to our customers
- Be the voice of the customer at this stage in their lifecycle to drive improvements across the entire customer experience
- Track renewal performance / metrics and work closely with the leadership team to optimize the retention strategy
Requirements
- You have 3+ years experience in a combination of leasing, sales, or account management
- You're a skilled negotiator and can identify win-win opportunities
- You've been exposed to sales operations and feel comfortable forming an opinion or improving a process
- You have excellent communication skills, both in-person and written
- You have worked at a high-growth start-up before
- You are hungry to learn, willing to dive into the deep end and not afraid to experiment
- You’re a self-starter and team-player with the flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and within ambiguous situations
- Preferred: You have experience in real estate
