Our Enterprise Workflow team partners with hospitals and health systems to empower their clinical staff with our suite of HIPAA-secure clinical workflow tools. With over 580,000 US clinicians actively using our workflow tools, including our 3x Best in KLAS Doximity Dialer, we offer solutions that clinicians love and help them to provide better care to their patients. As Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will work to bring our platform to new hospitals and health systems.

How you’ll make an Impact:

  • Strategize for Success: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth within hospitals and health systems.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders: Establish and nurture relationships with CMIOs, CIOs, and other key decision-makers to understand their challenges and position our solutions as essential to their clinical and operational success.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Continuously refine and optimize our sales processes to increase efficiency, improve conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-implementation support.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant to customer needs.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic goals of the company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: 5+ years experience in enterprise sales, selling complex solutions into hospitals and health systems.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in clinical workflows, and a track record of successfully engaging with CMIOs, CIOs, and other senior healthcare executives.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinking attitude with a passion for leveraging technology to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to the success of the entire organization.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position will be $140,000 - $180,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
