About This Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to oversee one of the most critical parts of the Divvy program: back-end property management. Divvy’s growth provides a rare opportunity to build out function(s) from the ground up and work with a customer base that’s driving towards homeownership.

In this role, you’ll be in charge of the strategy, performance management, day-to-day property management processes, and long-term operations. You will build out our back-end property management function and oversee the various functions required to successfully operate a national portfolio of ~7,000 single family units; navigating HOA’s, Utilities, Compliance, Lease Management, and Property Taxes.

To do this, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to create, implement, and iterate on processes, pressure test the status quo, and champion change to move the organization forward, pushing our leadership team on initiatives to drive portfolio improvements.

We have a documented equal pay policy, and do not negotiate on offers. To maintain fairness and keep starting total comp the same for anyone who comes into that position, individual pay is determined by role, level and work location only. At the offer stage, we give candidates 3 different offers to choose from depending on how they want to favor cash vs equity. The US based salary range for this position is $125,900 to $182,400 + equity + benefits. Please note: We have two different compensation tiers depending on your location. The range displayed reflects the Tier 2 minimum and Tier 1 maximum new hire salary across all US locations. Your Recruiter will discuss the relevant compensation range during your initial screen.
