About the Role:
CloudZero’s Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are on the front lines of our pipeline generation efforts and play a critical role in driving our go-to-market success. In this role, you’ll focus on supporting our growing EMEA region, partnering closely with Account Executives to identify, prospect, and engage the accounts that will become CloudZero’s future customers.
While you’ll be based in Boston alongside the rest of the ADR team, this role operates on a 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET schedule to best align with our EMEA prospects and sales team.
We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, drive, and a collaborative mindset, someone energized by a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and excited to help shape the future of our sales development team.
What You'll Do:
Generate pipeline by setting qualified meetings for Account Executives
Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, social media, and direct mail
Consistently hit and exceed monthly quota
Fully understand CloudZero’s strategic narrative to properly evangelize our offering
Produce creative strategies for educating and engaging decision-makers at target accounts
Log activity consistently and reliably in Salesforce and Outreach
What You'll Bring:
Ability to take direction, be coached, and be mentored
Must live within commutable distance to Boston
Prior success interacting with people by phone
Experience overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting
Strong presence and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel as needed
This is a hybrid role requiring 3–4 days per week onsite in the Boston area.
