See open jobs at CloudZero.See open jobs similar to "Director, Growth Marketing" Threshold.We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to lead the charge in driving pipeline, scaling demand generation, and positioning CloudZero as a leader in the market. As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you’ll focus on all upstream activities that generate pipeline and support customer acquisition in the modern software-buying landscape. You’ll be responsible for optimizing the full-funnel marketing strategy, including SEO, content creation, paid media, social media, and nurturing leads. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll also have the opportunity to build your team by hiring your first direct report shortly after joining.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement an SEO strategy that increases organic search traffic, enhances content discoverability, and generates high-quality leads.
- Content & Blogging: Lead content development, including blogs and guides, to educate, nurture, and convert prospects.
- Lead Magnets: Design and optimize lead generation tools that capture high-quality prospects and support lead nurturing efforts.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the optimization of landing pages, forms, and conversion flows to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and generate qualified leads with a strong ROI.
- Social Media Engagement: Craft and execute a strategy to build awareness, engage with audiences, and generate leads through social media channels.
- Webinars & Virtual Events: Support the planning and execution of webinars, online events, and product demos to generate leads and establish thought leadership.
- Influencer Marketing: Build and manage relationships with industry influencers to extend brand reach and credibility.
- Email Nurture Campaigns: Develop and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads, guide prospects through the buyer journey, and increase conversion rates.
- Customer Referral Programs: Design and scale referral programs that incentivize existing customers to refer new business.
- Website Management & Optimization: Oversee the strategy, design, and ongoing optimization of the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, conversion-optimized, and aligned with brand messaging and growth objectives.
- Market Insights: Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Building: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing demand generation team to support the scale of growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing and revenue marketing teams to align on messaging, positioning, and awareness efforts, ensuring the marketing strategy is cohesive across channels.
