The Commercial Sales Manager provides sales coaching, mentorship, and motivation for a team of Commercial Account Executives. The Commercial team is one of the fastest growing areas of CloudZero, and is critical to logo acquisition predictability of our business.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead, coach, build, inspire and manage the Commercial sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in assigned markets and customer segments.
    • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
    • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and industry trends.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent CloudZero.
