About the Role

As a Part-Time Brightline Behavioral Therapist you will:

  • Support children and teens ages 3 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training for the duration of their care plan

  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care

  • Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care

  • Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and procedures

About You

As a Part-Time Brightline Behavioral Therapist you should have:

  • A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families

  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) *qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision

  • Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT (e.g., conducting exposures, behavioral activation), Parent Management Training (PMT) , and other evidence-based practices for youth

  • The availability to accommodate a schedule within Brightline’s core hours, 2:00pm - 8:00pm. (Minimum of 4 hours per week)

  • Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting
