About the Role

As a Brightline Community Based Therapist (contractor) you will:

• Support children and teens ages 3 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training for the duration of their care plan

• Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care

• Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care

• Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and procedures

About You

As a Brightline Community Based Therapist (contractor) you should have:

• A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD license(s) *qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision

• Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT (e.g., conducting exposures, behavioral activation), Parent Management Training (PMT) , and other evidence-based practices for youth

• Able to provide consistent availability for at least 1 shift a week during Brightline's core afternoon and evening business hours i.e. 2:00 pm -6:00 pm Wednesdays or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays

• Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting

This is a remote, 100% teletherapy position. The target range for this position is $68- $100 per 55-minute session based on your geography. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
