We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our talent acquisition processes. This pivotal role will focus on streamlining recruitment workflows, managing data and systems, and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting team. What You’ll Do:

  • Program Management: Lead cross-functional projects, partnering closely with Program Managers, Hiring Teams and Recruiting Leaders to positively impact the wider Talent team and everyone involved in hiring and onboarding new employees

  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine scalable recruiting processes to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Recruiting Coordination Leadership: Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators and enable the function to perform coordination activities across the Talent Acquisition experience with the highest standards in close collaboration with hiring teams and cross functional stakeholders

  • Talent Acquisition Technology Management: Oversee and modernize recruitment systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, assessment tools) to enable BetterUp to execute a world class technology-forward recruiting and assessment process. Ensure proper utilization, integrations, and training for the team.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain dashboards to track key recruiting metrics, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to local, regional, and global employment regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Vendor Management: Proactively manage the vendors and partners in the coordination space to maximize results and extend the impact of the function

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • 3+ years of experience leading a recruiting operations team in a shared service model or Center of Excellence environment, including responsibility for TA tooling, processes and reporting

  • 3+ years of experience designing and leading cross-functional programmatic efforts in the TA or HR space

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth stage start up, building recruiting operations capabilities including tooling, processes and reporting infrastructure.

  • Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby preferred) including the latest AI and leading edge recruiting and assessment tools

  • A passion and skill for leading, coaching and developing team members

  • Process driven with strong habits and a passion for efficiency improvement

  • Proven track record of building and supporting high growth, high performing talent teams

  • A passion for finding solutions, creating efficiencies, optimizing systems and making things happen

  • Great follow through and ownership of tasks

  • A growth mindset and natural curiosity

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 – $259,000.
