Sr Associate, Application SupportKey Responsibilities
• Develop and Configure: Create and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
• Change Implementation: Implement changes to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Systems Engineering: Apply proficient knowledge of systems engineering to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
• Code Development: Write and debug code using languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and others as required by the platform.
• Application Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• IT Service Management: Utilize ITSM best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services through the ServiceNow platform.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• TechOps Collaboration: Work closely with TechOps teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow solutions.
